Difficult Conversations:

Trustee & Trusted Advisor Ethics, Case Studies and Reference Works.

Planning for the future, regardless of what stage in your client’s life such planning begins, necessarily involves numerous discussions between the various professionals [i.e., attorneys, financial planners, insurance brokers- to name but a few] and the trust creators. By necessity, many of the conversations involve sensitive and emotionally-difficult issues, matter which your clients [as with most people] are not comfortable discussing or, as with some end-of-life matters, even facing up to on their own accord. These difficult conversations present a very special challenge to trust-creation professionals and trust advisors. No one has all the answers, and there is much work to be done, both in the trustscape-related professions and in our society as a whole, in helping ourselves, and our clients, to deal squarely with difficult conversations & issues.

Join us for a unique presentation to both gain, and add to, the knowledge and approaches taken by various professionals and others who face these challenges in serving their clients and helping them to face these sensitive and vital matters as an integral aspect of planning for the future.
