The Unsung Trust Hero –

The Distribution Policy Statement

The Distribution Policy Statement is the cutting edge of Trust Management and Estate Planning and may very well change the nature of Trust Law.

This tool protects the Trustee from undo litigation while looking out for the best interest of the beneficiaries. Most importantly, the DPS is an educational tool for both the Trustee and the Beneficiary to have the opportunity to develop a long lasting healthy relationship.

This workshop will teach the practical hands-on approach to creating and implementing a Distribution Policy Statement.

This session anticipates our program with the Illinois Institute for Continuing Education. Come learn and help co-create as we outline the steps and practice with expert facilitation.

Moderator:  Dan Felix

Presenters:  Kathy Brown and Sheldon Zeiger
