Philanthropy Conversations:
How Do We Make A Bigger Difference?
RSVP Today!
Surveys confirm that our clients give their money and time, not to achieve tax savings, but for the personal satisfaction of having a positive impact. What’s more, the studies reveal that clients want their advisors to take a more proactive role in the philanthropic discussion. Engaging in philanthropy also allows families to achieve deeper and more positive alignment among their members. Despite these facts, few advisors leverage philanthropy for the benefit of their clients or for the causes crying for solutions.
The Advisors in Philanthropy (“AIP”) are out to change all that. They’ve issued a challenge to raise an extra billion dollars in planned giving in the next 12 months. Rising to the challenge, one BIG vision is to achieve 80% preparedness for intergenerational transition.
Even if we put that challenge and vision aside, how can we evolve our practices to do philanthropy better?
What can we do to inspire our clients and other advisors?
What additional information, support, training or resources, if any, do we need?
Or is it just about having the discussion?
Join us in Chicago on November 14th and on the Northshore on November 21st with embedded expert Brian Kasal, President of the Chicago/Midwest Chapter of AIP and CEO, Owner of FourStar Wealth Advisors.
